LAVAKI FAMILY #2....

I was finishing my editing tonight and REALLY...I was feeling sad that everyone was going to miss out on seeing some of these pictures. Then I realized it's my BLOG and I can do what I want. Soooo to all my wonderful BLOG family, enjoy a few more, just for fun! I try to save my stylized editing for the end of my batch. It makes me push my creativity. I can get pretty crazy, but I try to keep it under control.

Now I need to go to bed. Often the strange grammar structure and misspelled words you are all subjected to, are a product of my late night editing...I usually reread in the morning, to my embarrassment and fix them, but sometimes it's 2pm, and I need to face the fact that ever since the 4th grade Spelling B, first round elimination...I've never put a whole lot of stock into spelling.  I'm just a plain ol' bad speller.  I'm sure it says something about me on some level, but WHATEVER.....I'm a no spelling, fast talking, night owl and I give you all (Ya'll...it's sooo  very late..that a ya'll seems appropriate) credit for being forgiving and generous towards me when it comes to my proverbial Achilles heel.  Because you KNOW I Heart YA'll.  OXxXOXoxox

Friends and Family, if you would like to purchase prints of any of my shoots, you can click on the $BUY$ YOUR PICS icon, and make your order. Accounts are password protected but are usually something pretty simple that a friend would know. If you do not know please contact your friend and family member for the password. THANKS! Again....I cannot say enough about the quality of these prints

omg om, you are not joking...i know you must of gone to bed real late kz I was there pretty late for a weekday. Simply beautiful! seriously, even if you didn't write anything your pictures tell it all. I love coming on your site because you do such a good job of blogging and posting your incredible work. How come on our way home all Helen could talk about was the books.....I think I may need to borrow the first one:)

I'm not kidding, You SAY that...but REALLY you are missing out Jane. I might have to blog about it just so you get the point. I had a bunch of people telling me that I needed to read it, but it wasn't till Serafi came over for dinner and she finally convinced me to read it. Its a super easy read...and I blew threw the first book in a day. THANKS AGAIN for the diapers. It was such a nice surprise!

Anytime Lavs...Hey I wanted to tell you that..AND you may not believe me...BUT you don't need a FANCY, FANCY camera to get started with photography. The biggest thing is how much you want to learn. You can improve you pictures just by learning about LIGHT, and COMPOSITION! YOU CAN DO IT!!

Uhm...yeah, you're not kidding Lavs. Baby Oto is strikingly handsome in these shots. And Lina is so pretty!

Oms, I would LOVE a tutorial or tips or something of the sort. Just to get all us newbee's started. Love you girl.

This family is gorgeous. I like the old timey layer on the 2nd photo down. Did you make your own texture?

Naomi Masina said...

I did make it....wel...l like you find a picture on-line and overlayit-make it. I'd use textures on everything, if I didn't tell myself that.. when used sparingly..they are "SPECIAL"ER.
